How Rufusly plans, the 30-day trial, the lifetime deal and credits work, and what each plan costs.
Plans & Credits
Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ by how many credits you get each month, and by how many brand profiles you can run. Nothing is locked behind a higher tier.
Start with a 30-day trial
New accounts get 30 days of full access with no card required. During the trial you have every feature the paid plans have, with a smaller allowance: 10 listing credits and 10 image credits, and 1 brand profile.
When the 30 days are up, the account keeps working but drops back to the core tools: campaign history, ASIN lookup, the flat file audit, and the product editor, and your free allowance of 10 listing and 10 image credits continues to refresh every 30 days. Pick a plan to get the full toolset back.

Agency listing rewrites and image generation are not metered monthly. A daily image generation cap of 150 images applies (see Image Studio), and fair use applies to listing rewrites.
The lifetime deal
A one-time payment of £149 instead of a subscription. No VAT is charged. There is no renewal date and no monthly fee.

- Every feature in the platform, including features released after you buy, at the same access level as every other plan, subject to your plan's credit allowance
Larger lifetime tiers sold through AppSumo raise the allowance to 60 listing and 40 image credits with 3 brand profiles, or 120 listing and 80 image credits with 10 brand profiles.
"Lifetime" means for the life of the product: you pay once and the account keeps working for as long as Rufusly operates, on the terms in force at the time.
Redeeming a code
If you bought through AppSumo, go to /redeem, sign in, and enter your code. No card is needed to claim it. The code attaches the lifetime plan and its credits to your account straight away.
A code cannot be applied to an account that already has an active Starter, Growth or Agency subscription. Cancel the subscription first, or email hello@rufusly.ai and we will move the code across for you.
How credits work
Listing credits
One listing credit covers one rewrite:
- A full listing rewrite
- A single section rewrite
- One row processed through the Bulk Title Updater
- One MCP rewrite call, or one product inside a bulk MCP call
Listing Quality Score checks and flat file audits are free and spend nothing.
Image credits
One image credit covers one generated image. Background removal is bundled into the same credit. Image Studio also applies a daily generation cap per plan on top of your monthly credits.
Reset and rollover
- Monthly plan credits reset on your billing date
- Lifetime plan credits are topped back up to your monthly allowance each month
- Unused credits do not roll over. A reset does not stack on top of last month's balance
- When you run out, generation stops until the next reset, or until you upgrade
One-time credit packs
One-time credit top-up packs for lifetime plan holders are being rolled out. A pack adds to your current balance rather than resetting it, and never changes your plan. Pricing is shown at checkout when packs reach your account. No VAT is charged.
Billing
Billing runs through Stripe. Subscriptions are charged at the start of each billing period. Upgrading mid-period charges the difference immediately. Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal.
To change your card, view invoices or cancel, open Manage billing on the plans page. That opens the Stripe billing portal for your account.
Running out of listing credits
If you regularly need more rewrites than your plan allows, you can add your own Anthropic API key and run listing rewrites on your own account instead of spending Rufusly credits. See Use Your Own AI Key.

Do unused Rufusly credits roll over to next month?
