⚠ AMAZON 75-CHARACTER LIMIT · NOW IN FORCE
Your titles must be 75 characters or fewer
Amazon's 75-character title limit took effect in July 2026. Non-compliant titles are being auto-rewritten by Amazon's AI, and you lose control of which keywords survive.
Don't lose the keywords that were ranking for you. Our free tool rewrites your title to 75 chars and redistributes every original keyword into bullet points, Item Highlights, and backend search terms.
Four simple steps to completely modernise and optimise your entire catalogue for the AI shopping era.
01
Connect Your Product
Simply paste your Amazon ASIN or upload a photo. We'll automatically extract your product details and keywords.
02
Generate Stunning Imagery
Instantly create lifestyle photos and infographics tailored for high conversion, using top-tier AI models.
03
Optimise Your Listing
Get titles, bullet points, and backend search terms checked against Amazon's length and formatting rules.
04
Audit Before You Upload
Run your flat file through a 10-step pre-upload check that names the exact Amazon errors you would have hit, then export a clean file.
LISTING STUDIO

Upload a real product photo and get every image type Amazon expects, without briefing a photographer or waiting on a designer.
✦ Hero, lifestyle, alt lifestyle, infographic, detail grid, size guide, A+ desktop & mobile

AI VISIBILITY, IN DEVELOPMENT
Page one doesn't mean AI sees you.
Shoppers ask AI assistants before they scroll a search page. We are building tracking for whether your product gets named, and where you rank when it does. Not yet released; every plan gets it at launch.
✦ Planned: daily tracking across ChatGPT, Google AI (Gemini) and modelled Alexa for Shopping-style queries
✦ Planned: alerts when a competitor enters or you drop out
✦ Planned: position history, not just a one-off snapshot

Questions sellers actually ask
Including the sceptical ones, answered straight.
What is AI search optimisation for Amazon?
It is writing your listing so an AI shopping assistant can understand what your product is, who it is for, and which questions it answers. Amazon says its assistant draws on your product listing, including title, bullets and description, along with A+ Content, customer questions and reviews, then answers a shopper in plain language and names specific products. A listing written as a block of keywords gives it very little to work with, because there is no statement it can quote back to the shopper.
Did Amazon not rename Rufus?
Yes. Amazon renamed Rufus to Alexa for Shopping on 13 May 2026, and says so on its own original Rufus announcement page. Availability so far is for signed-in customers in the United States, and Amazon has not published a timetable for other marketplaces. The assistant still draws on the same listing content, reviews and customer questions Amazon has always said it reads, so work on those is not wasted by the rename. Rufusly is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon; Amazon, Rufus and Alexa are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc.
Is AI search optimisation actually worth doing, or is it hype?
Some of it is hype, and the two are worth separating. Plenty of experienced sellers report no measurable lift from "AI optimisation" packages, and ordinary keyword search still drives the majority of Amazon traffic, so anyone promising that AI search will replace it is overselling. What holds up is narrower: the assistant can only work from what is written down about your product, and your listing is the part of that you control, so listings that answer real questions have something to be cited for and keyword-stuffed ones do not. The work is worth doing because it is the same work that helps a human decide to buy.
Will optimising for AI hurt my normal Amazon keyword ranking?
It can, if you strip your keywords out to sound conversational. Traditional search still indexes your title and backend terms, so the safe approach is additive: keep the keywords that earn indexing, and use bullets, description and A+ Content to answer the questions a shopper would ask. Rufusly is built that way. It enforces Amazon’s character limits, keeps your backend terms free of words already in your title, and does not rewrite a working title into prose.
How is this different from Helium 10 or Jungle Scout?
They are broad research suites, strongest at finding products and keywords. Rufusly is narrower and does the production end: it writes and fixes the listing, checks it against Amazon’s character and formatting rules, generates the images and A+ Content, and publishes approved changes through the official Selling Partner API. Sellers commonly use both, researching elsewhere and bringing the keywords here to produce the listing. Features change often, so compare the current versions of each tool rather than taking our word for it.
Does Rufusly publish changes to my Amazon listing automatically?
No. Changes reach your Amazon listing only when you approve them. Rufusly generates the content, scores it, and shows you exactly what would change; publishing is a separate step you take. The same applies to Amazon’s review request emails, which are only ever sent when you ask for them. Connections use Amazon’s official Selling Partner API with the permissions you grant, and can be revoked at any time.
Do you send my data, or my customers’ data, to AI models?
Your product content, yes, because that is what has to be rewritten. Buyer personal data, no. Rufusly does not read buyer names, email addresses, postal addresses or contact details from Amazon, and the screen data our Seller Assistant sends is restricted to an allowlist of listing and order reference fields, then scrubbed for email addresses, phone numbers and postcodes before it leaves our servers. We do not use your content to train AI models, and one seller’s data is never shown to another. The one thing we cannot filter is what you type yourself, so please do not paste buyer details into the assistant. The AI providers we use are named in our Privacy Policy, along with what each one receives and how international transfers are safeguarded.
How long does it take to see a difference?
Amazon gives no published timescale for reindexing a changed listing, and in practice sellers commonly see it take a few days rather than the same day. Any effect on discovery follows that, and no tool can guarantee one. Be wary of anyone quoting a specific uplift percentage on a fixed timescale, including tools like ours. What you can check quickly is whether the assistant answers questions about your product correctly: open your listing in the Amazon app, ask it what the product is for and what it is made of, and see whether the answer matches your listing or contradicts it.
Do I need an Amazon Seller Central connection to use it?
No, though it does more when connected. Without a connection you can write and optimise listings, generate images and build A+ Content within your plan’s credits, then export or copy the result. Connecting your account through the Selling Partner API adds the live parts: reading your real listings, spotting suppressed items and missing attributes, and publishing approved changes directly.
Who is Rufusly for?
UK and international Amazon sellers and the agencies that manage listings for them, particularly anyone maintaining more than a handful of SKUs by hand. They use it to fix suppressed listings, bring titles inside Amazon’s limits, produce compliant image sets and A+ Content, and keep catalogue content consistent across a range. Rufusly is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.
