Features
Listing Studio
AI-powered Amazon listing optimisation with LQS scoring, Rufus compliance checking, and direct publishing via SP-API.
Listing Studio
The Listing Studio rewrites Amazon listings using a 3-step wizard. It outputs a fully optimised title, 5 bullets, description, backend search terms, and A+ content, all scored with a Listing Quality Score and checked for Amazon compliance.
How it works
Step 1: Keywords & Content
- Paste your website PDP copy, spec sheet, or product brief
- Optionally upload a competitor flat file (Amazon Category Listings Report .xlsx) to extract keyword targets
- If you have a BYOK SP-API connection, click "Auto-fetch" to pull an existing listing's content directly from Amazon
Step 2: Brand Context
- Select a Brand Profile to apply saved tone of voice and guardrails
- Add variation notes (pack sizes, flavours, colours)
- Optionally provide an existing live listing for lift-and-match quality
Step 3: Optimised Listing
- AI generates: title, 5 bullets, description, backend search terms, item highlights, Q&A entries, A+ content
- LQS score is shown immediately (scored independently by Rufusly's own scorer)
- Compliance flags highlight any Amazon policy violations
- Rufus optimisation report shows which of the 6 Rufus criteria are met
- Individual fields can be regenerated with a single click ("Rewrite section")
Listing Quality Score (LQS)
Scored 0–100 across five fields:
| Field | Max score |
|---|---|
| Title | 20 |
| Bullet points | 30 |
| Description | 20 |
| Backend search terms | 15 |
| Rufus optimisation | 15 |
A score above 80 is considered good. Below 65 is flagged for improvement.
Rufus optimisation criteria
Each listing is checked against six Rufus discoverability criteria:
- Full ingredient names (not abbreviated)
- Product format stated explicitly
- Serving size and frequency included
- Dietary suitability addressed (vegan, gluten-free, etc.)
- NRV percentages included (supplement category only)
- Target shopper questions answered
Title compliance
Titles are hard-capped at 75 characters (Amazon's July 2026 enforcement). The sanitiser automatically:
- Strips banned characters
- Replaces en/em dashes with commas
- Enforces the 75-character limit
- Moves overflow content to Item Highlights
Publish to Amazon
If you have a BYOK SP-API connection and provide an ASIN, a Publish to Amazon button appears after generation. It uses the Listings Items API to patch your live listing directly without going to Seller Central.
Requires: Listings role in your private SP-API app.
Bulk Title Updater
Available from Listing Studio → Bulk Title Updater. Upload an Amazon Category Listings Report (.xlsx), preview which titles exceed 75 characters, and rewrite them all in one go.
Growth plan: up to your listing credit limit. Agency: unlimited.
Credits
1 listing credit per full listing rewrite. Section rewrites (individual fields) consume 1 credit per 5 section rewrites.
